Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Richardson site leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies, workforce plans, and talent actions.
  • •Advise leaders and team members on HR policies, people processes, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, engagement, change management, performance, and team member experience.
  • •Support leader and team member development through people programs, coaching resources, performance education, talent discussions, workforce planning, onboarding, retention, and engagement action planning.
  • •Assess engagement, culture, leadership capability, and organizational health using workforce data and employee insights; identify trends, risks, and practical action plans.
  • •Connect site and leaders with Employee Relations, People Services, Talent, Compensation, and other HR centers of excellence to deliver aligned people solutions; support site experience activities as the location grows.
