Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a high level of customer service on the gym floor while upholding Fitness First brand standards.
  • •Provide market-leading fitness expertise by engaging with members and delivering high-quality personal training programs safely and effectively.
  • •Perform across Fitness KPI’s and ensure attentiveness, including correcting exercise technique and maximizing exercise effectiveness.
  • •Complete training and development requirements, including MY ZONE/6D/RISE certifications and ongoing CPD points.
  • •Manage training administration, including session sign-offs, contract documentation, goal setting, daily updates in the Fitness Enterprise System, and attendance at required meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level (or equivalent).
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or working towards (enrolled).
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements.
  • •Undergo and complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
  • •Have up-to-date product knowledge and a genuine interest in developments in the fitness industry.
