Key Responsibilities

  • •Use laptops and tablets to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and order parts.
  • •Diagnose root causes and corrective actions for equipment issues using real-time data across makes and models.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repairs across complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete, timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed and service vehicle cleanliness.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Required customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
