Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Strategic Buyers with the DMG ticket process and parts/data research (80%)
  • •Organize DMG tickets by program/platform or part family and provide research outputs to support supplier requests
  • •Help manage NDAs, monitor contract expirations/renewals, and support requests for quotes and annual price updates
  • •Store and organize procurement contract/price agreement/DMG information in Procurement SharePoint (10%)
  • •Collect and analyze data to streamline the DMG ticket process and support proposed improvements (10%)

Key Requirements

  • •Must be currently local to the DFW metro or Columbus, MS area for a multi-semester onsite experience
  • •Current college student majoring in Business or other Purchasing related major
  • •Evidence of completion of data analytics and/or supply chain project
  • •Proficient in English with good writing skills
  • •Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
