Key Responsibilities

•Lead projects and line-manage staff including mentoring junior team members and supporting their technical and professional development.
•Travel to support team members in other offices as needed.
•Ensure reliable, effective and efficient delivery of environmental consultancy services with regular performance feedback.
•Work in an integrated manner with limited supervision to deliver tasks cost-effectively and on time.
•Proactively manage complex projects/proposals with strong commercial awareness and coordinate with UK team for fee proposals and project requirements.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•15+ years post-graduate experience in the Geo-environmental field.
•Degree in Environmental Sciences or Engineering related discipline; Masters preferred.
•Be chartered with a British institution (e.g., Geological Society or Institute of Environmental Sciences) or working towards chartered status within one year.
•Strong leadership and line-management experience; able to mentor junior staff and support career development.
•Willingness to travel to support team members in other offices and potentially work with UK teams.
