Project Manager – Facility Operations Support

Oversee operational support services for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in Artesia, ensuring planning, coordination, and execution align with contract requirements. Lead a multi-functional Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team and manage facility support operations across scheduling, inventory, maintenance, logistics, custodial services, and lawn care. Develop project plans, schedules, and cost estimates, track performance metrics, maintain documentation, coordinate with government representatives, and enforce safety and security standards.
