Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and update SPC charts, limits, rules, and attributes; monitor chart health and escalate abnormalities.
  • •Update E3 (FDC) traces, limits, and alarms; perform basic troubleshooting; enable/disable R2R models per engineering instruction.
  • •Manage RMS recipe and parameter control: process recipe revisions, validate recipe uploads and equipment communication.
  • •Execute MES and shop floor changes, validations, and state transitions; support WIP, equipment status, and data collection accuracy; troubleshoot MES errors.
  • •Maintain governance and documentation: follow ECN/site procedures, maintain change logs, monitoring dashboards, and provide first-line troubleshooting with escalation.

Key Requirements

  • •Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, Automation, or a related field.
  • •Basic understanding of SPC, automation, and semiconductor operations.
  • •Experience with SPACE SPC, E3 FDC/R2R, RMS, MES/Shop Floor, and SigmaSpec is preferred.
  • •Semiconductor manufacturing or automation experience is an added advantage.
  • •Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
