•Qualified to IA.E.A. or ATA (VDA) standard with hands-on experience leading or supporting an engineering function in an insurer or similar technical environment.

•Ability to assess and negotiate repair costs and salvage categories; provide precise vehicle valuations.
•Experience negotiating total loss settlements and liaising with field planning teams, repairers and customers.
•AQP qualification is an advantage.
