Service Technician - Midlands Team - ICS Cool Energy Ltd

Provide on-site maintenance and service for customer plant and equipment covered under service contracts. Diagnose system issues, perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), customer breakdowns, warranty work, and commissioning tasks. Build customer relationships as a trusted contact, collaborate with the service desk, sales, and operations, and report on completed work orders. Use diagnostic software and hand tools to repair units while communicating updates to supervisors and customers.
