Key Responsibilities

•Assist in defining marketing objectives with senior leadership and translating goals into actionable plans.
•Execute marketing strategies and tactics on a quarterly and annual basis to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
•Coordinate with business unit marketing leads and local/community management teams to expand the addressable market.
•Manage cross-channel project workflows (social media, web, chat, content, video), tracking performance and identifying improvements.
•Partner with Brand and PR to develop and maintain a consistent narrative about the company’s role in the decentralized web, and help manage product portfolios and budgets.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in technology, financial services, or fintech, with at least 2 years in a marketing specialist role.
•Demonstrated ability to drive growth metrics such as web traffic, leads, client conversions, or revenue generation.
•Ability to use AI to improve work efficiency.
•Familiarity with managing multi-brand or multi-audience product portfolios and basic understanding of conversion funnels.
•Experience supporting budget management and making data-informed recommendations on marketing trade-offs.
