Job Summary

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of trade promotion claims by validating submissions against approved contracts and pricing conditions, reconciling promotion accruals, and ensuring compliant settlements. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to reduce working-capital leakage, strengthen audit trails, and standardize processes across markets. Use SAP, Vistex and/or HighRadius trade modules to automate matching, improve rules, and track KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Validate and process trade promotion/rebate claims against approved contracts, pricing terms, and promotion mechanics; document evidence and update case status in ERP/OTC tools.
•Validate promotional invoices using external EPOS data and promotional plans provided by Sales.
•Create, monitor, and true up trade spend accruals; reconcile accruals versus actual claims and post month-end adjustments in line with policy.
•Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve discrepancies, enforce segregation of duties, and escalate per Delegation of Authority.
•Use SAP/Vistex/HighRadius worklists to prioritize and automate matching; propose rule enhancements and track/report KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Experience in trade spend, TPM, rebates, or deductions within a shared services or process-driven organization.
•Hands-on experience with ERP and trade tools, including SAP with Vistex and/or HighRadius Trade.
•Proven ability to validate and settle promotion claims accurately using contracts, pricing conditions, and promotion mechanics.
•Strong accrual accounting knowledge, including creating, reconciling, and truing up trade spend accruals through month-end close.
•Fluency in English and Hungarian, with strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
