Corporate IT Systems Administrator

Administer and continuously improve core corporate IT systems and digital workspace platforms within the Corporate IT Infrastructure team. Ensure uptime and service continuity, manage and optimize virtual desktop resources, and maintain reliable backups. Enable a self-service employee experience using endpoint management tools (JAMF, Intune) and productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Slack). Automate integrations and workflows with PowerShell and Azure Automation, and contribute to incident response while aligning with security and compliance standards.
