Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver multiple BMS projects across verticals with the assigned project team.
  • •Review tender documents to derive project scope, RFI/deliverables, and prepare detailed hardware/software design plans, QC, and FAT as applicable.
  • •Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues with stakeholders, team members, and project managers to support on-time delivery.
  • •Manage customer-facing project communication and lead cooperative efforts across the project team.
  • •Provide technical training/mentorship, analyze customer feedback, and support knowledge transfer within engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years experience in BMS project engineering.
  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP, CORA PPM and MSP tools.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •PMP certification preferred.
