Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the engagement end-to-end, coordinating customer business teams, core leasing system teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Discover and map current-state business and supplier processes, constraints, IT capabilities, and integration readiness.
  • •Design future-state solutions, including lifecycle architecture, automation logic, data flows, exception handling, and configuration models with AI where appropriate.
  • •Specify and align integration footprints across system landscapes, including inbound/outbound API contracts, payloads, business events, error handling, and integration documentation.
  • •Drive build, test, data readiness, dashboards/enablement, and launch stabilization including production tenant preparation and go/no-go reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Project Delivery, or Technical Consulting for complex enterprise software, delivering projects end-to-end to stable production.
  • •Hands-on experience with configurable enterprise platforms including data integration, lifecycle architecture, workflow automation, AI agents, or operational intelligence systems.
  • •Ability to map current-state processes, define future-state operating models, and translate business needs into functional and technical designs.
  • •Strong delivery craft: write user stories, acceptance criteria, integration specs, test cases, and operational handover docs using agile tooling.
  • •Technical fluency in Python and SQL, and designing/debugging REST API integrations (webhooks, JSON payloads, auth, OpenAPI), plus reasoning about data pipelines.
