Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate DRAM/HBM design intent and architecture into effective verification scope and test cases.
  • •Contribute validation coverage for new and high-risk product features in collaboration with Design Validation and Systems Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (or related) with at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in memory semiconductor.

  • •Proven experience reading and debugging circuit schematics to isolate failure causes tied to design aspects.
  • •Extensive post-silicon product validation and debug experience, including root-cause and electrical failure analysis.
