Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, design, develop, and/or test electronic components and systems for semiconductor and related device manufacturing using electronic theory.
  • •Perform definition, design, verification, and/or documentation for ASIC development, including architecture, logic design, and system simulation.
  • •Define module interfaces/formats for simulation and contribute to multidimensional designs and layout of complex integrated circuits.
  • •Evaluate the process flow from high-level designs through synthesis, place and route, and timing and power use.
  • •Apply engineering principles, best practices, and technologies to design, development, and testing of AMD products under limited supervision.

Salary: USD 106,470 - 182,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • •1 year of experience in a related engineering position (may be satisfied via graduate-level coursework, research, or internship).
  • •Experience creating test sequences.
  • •Programming experience with C, C++, or Python.
  • •Experience with ASIC design and hardware description/language and verification, including Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL, plus design verification and data structures.
