Collections Analyst

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive timely collection of receivables, reduce past-due balances, and resolve billing and payment discrepancies. Conduct customer outreach to secure payment commitments, analyze delinquency and payment trends to identify root causes, and recommend process improvements. Partner with Billing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue teams while maintaining compliance with internal controls and documenting collection activities, payment plans, and communications.
