Help enterprise customers adopt OpenShift to run application and AI workloads, removing technical and organizational barriers within key accounts. Present value propositions to executives and engineers, lead architecture walkthroughs, and deliver deep-dive presentations, demos, workshops, and POCs for proposals. Provide pre-sales expertise and a trusted advisor role while guiding AI/ML integration into production using OpenShift AI and AI-optimized platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Subject Matter Expert for OpenShift and AppServices with a strong focus on AI workloads to achieve technical wins with account teams.
•Scope and deliver deep-dive presentations, custom demos, workshops, and POCs, and answer product questions for written proposals such as Requests for Proposals.
•Provide deep product and solutions expertise and pre-sales technical support for complex solutions and implementations.
•Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor for AI/ML workloads on OpenShift, guiding customers through integration of AI infrastructure (compute, networking, and storage optimization).
•Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, customer success, and consulting teams to test, document, demonstrate new features, and influence technical roadmaps and recommended practices.

Key Requirements

•Experience in sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent supporting enterprise accounts.
•Deep knowledge of OpenShift and Application Services products (or strong familiarity with related Red Hat products).
•Experience with IaaS or PaaS solutions.
•Familiarity with AI/ML concepts including model training, inference, distributed workloads, and accelerator technologies such as GPUs.
•Understanding of AI/ML ecosystems and frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, plus infrastructure needs like containerization, orchestration, and scaling.
