Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and document comprehensive, production-ready system architecture blueprints and reference topologies with enterprise requirements in mind.
  • •Lead technical scoping, discovery, and execution of customer workshops; design POCs and architectural walkthroughs to validate feasibility.
  • •Serve as a trusted technical advisor translating complex AI/ML requirements and technology strategies into actionable business outcomes.
  • •Collaborate with external ecosystems and technology partners to design and validate joint-architecture solutions.
  • •Act as a technical liaison between APAC market needs and product management, channeling customer feedback into global product roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • •Proven track record leading technical consulting, system design, or pre-sales architecture engagements for enterprise customers.
  • •Exceptional verbal and written English communication, with the ability to present complex technical architectures to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated expertise architecting and managing enterprise-grade Kubernetes or container platform environments, including multi-tenant cluster, networking, and persistent storage.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with Python plus scripting/automation tools such as Git and Ansible/Terraform, and practical experience running AI/ML frameworks on containerized platforms.
