Associate Director Civil Engineering

Provide civil engineering technical leadership for data centre and critical infrastructure projects, from site due diligence and masterplanning through detailed design and construction support. Lead and approve civil infrastructure designs covering earthworks, drainage, pavements, access, and utilities, ensuring compliance with AECOM standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the UK and globally, support client engagement and business growth, and mentor engineers to strengthen AECOM’s Data Centres capability.
