Key Responsibilities

  • •Own worker relationship management across recruiting through placement, providing timely updates and support.
  • •Develop and maintain community and partner relationships to drive the local worker pipeline and brand presence.
  • •Oversee worker vetting and onboarding end-to-end, including drug testing and running large group onboarding sessions.
  • •Manage the worker funnel (sourcing, screening, scheduling) and convert applicants into placement-ready workers.
  • •Coordinate new start scheduling across customer sites, distribute PPE, provide on-site support as needed, and report market trends and risks to HQ.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • •1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments (e.g., staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination).
  • •Strong recruiting instincts to source, screen, and convert candidates into placement-ready workers.
  • •Able to run large group onboarding sessions and present in front of workers.
