Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the trusted strategic sounding board for Community Finance leadership, translating vision into clear operational and strategic priorities.
  • •Lead pre-pipeline strategy and feasibility analysis for early-stage greenfield development opportunities and novel financing structures.
  • •Incubate emerging, ambiguous initiatives and design operational models until transitioned to functional owners.
  • •Drive enterprise connectivity and horizontal alignment across Community Finance, Community Impact and Investment, Global Enterprise Affairs, and Commercial Banking partners.
  • •Oversee execution tracking, governance metrics, risk mitigation, and synthesize complex metrics into executive summaries for decision support.

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in real estate banking, commercial real estate finance, affordable housing development, or strategic operations in a corporate/financial setting.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in executive advisory, strategy consulting, business management, or Chief of Staff roles.
  • •Proven ability to work alongside senior leaders and influence without formal hierarchy.
  • •Deep domain understanding of commercial real estate finance, affordable housing development, or LIHTC structures.
