Key Responsibilities

•Compile and submit telecommunications regulatory reports in 170+ markets and respond to regulator questions.
•Partner with technical teams to create/manage pipelines, tools, programs, and automation for data retrieval and regulatory recordkeeping.
•Submit Starlink product and pricing information to regulators.
•Research relevant regulations globally by coordinating research processes and managing internal data repositories, plus other project management tasks.
•Coordinate responses to and track customer complaints made to government agencies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance (e.g., telecommunications company, law firm, or international consulting).
•Experience within the telecommunications industry.
•Technical skills to build data systems for regulatory reporting, including Python automation, data processing/API requests, SQL, ETL, and API endpoint development.
•GIS mapping skills with QGIS (or similar).
