Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, test, and validate electrical systems including power distribution, control circuits, and signal conditioning for the robotic factory.
  • •Select and integrate motors, sensors, actuators, PLCs, and other electrical/electronic components to meet reliability and performance requirements.
  • •Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness designs while establishing standards for electrical documentation and best practices.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical issues in factory and field deployments and coordinate with mechanical and software teams for seamless system integration.
  • •Scale electrical systems from design to manufacturing and deployment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong electrical engineering experience with hands-on skills in power systems, control systems, and industrial automation.
  • •Ability to read and create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams, and proficiency with CAD tools for electrical design.
  • •Experience specifying and integrating electrical components such as motors, drives, sensors, relays, and PLCs, with understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • •Based in or able to relocate to the SF Bay Area and work 4-5 days/week from the San Leandro HQ.
