Job Summary

Design, build, and maintain Davies’ Azure cloud environment to support a cloud-first strategy. Lead cloud architecture and implementation using automation and infrastructure-as-code, including Terraform, ARM/Bicep, and CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps (YAML). Partner with .NET teams, architects, security, and product managers to deliver compliant, reliable platform services, while resolving issues, improving governance and DevOps maturity, and mentoring developers.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement Azure cloud solutions using automation, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps principles.
•Lead cloud platform projects including systems architecture, proofs-of-concept, and production deployments, supporting migration from on-premise to Azure.
•Build and optimize Azure CI/CD pipelines (YAML-based) with automated testing and quality checks.
•Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and ARM/Bicep, using Git-based workflows and operational automation scripts.
•Resolve cloud-related issues and continuously improve DevOps maturity, governance, tooling, and cloud operating models; mentor less experienced developers.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS in a DevOps environment.
•Advanced experience building Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including YAML-based pipelines.
•Strong proficiency in Terraform (or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling).
•Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and Azure CLI (AZ CLI).
•Understanding of cloud governance, security, networking, identity, RBAC, and resource organization.
