Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services across nursing care, resident engagement, dining, housekeeping, and general maintenance.
  • •Build positive relationships with residents and families and address questions, concerns, and grievances in a timely, professional manner.
  • •Develop, implement, and administer the community budget and manage expense variances within food, supply, and labor parameters.
  • •Oversee business-related activities including bank deposits, rent recaps, monthly bills, and payroll.
  • •Provide leadership to departmental leaders by upholding company policies and core values, overseeing onboarding/training, and managing employee performance and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements
