Key Responsibilities

  • •Build end-to-end pipelines and models that convert fragmented, messy enterprise data into AI-ready assets.
  • •Structure and normalize noisy datasets by defining data packs and ontology for downstream AI engineers.
  • •Create internal product tooling and abstractions that make data work faster and repeatable across customers.
  • •Work directly with operators and product/AI engineers to translate use cases into production data workflows.
  • •Make key technical decisions across data models, storage, orchestration, and infrastructure tradeoffs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 400,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience across a combination of Data Science, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning.
  • •Product instinct for the second half: build tooling that makes the work easier and more repeatable, not just outputs.
  • •Intuition for what modern AI/ML and LLM systems need from data, including features, retrieval, context, and embeddings.
  • •High ownership and strong communication; comfort being embedded with customer teams.
  • •Ability to build in ambiguity, form opinions, and ship with leverage in mind.
