Job Summary

Perform a full range of automotive repairs and diagnostics in Carvana’s Inspection Centers, from light maintenance through heavy engine work. Diagnose and repair advanced electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicles, and complete repairs such as wheel bearings/axles and vehicle climate control systems (ACs and heater cores). Work in a fast-paced environment with possible mandatory overtime, using state-of-the-art tools while ensuring vehicles are ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general to complex automotive repairs on all makes and models, from timing belts and suspension to heavy engine work.
•Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles and work on climate control systems including ACs and heater cores.
•Use safety equipment and follow procedures while working in an Inspection Center environment.
•Work scheduled shifts and be able to perform mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
•Experience performing light maintenance through heavy engine work across all makes and models.
•Ability to diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
