Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify key pain points in AI agent-powered workflows.
  • •Own flagship deals end-to-end, from use case identification to structuring commercial terms and driving closure.
  • •Embed with strategic customers as a trusted partner, spending meaningful time onsite and owning delivery outcomes.
  • •Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents, including agent design, orchestration, and production readiness.
  • •Collaborate with Research teams and deliver demos and proposals to feed field insights back into the platform and models.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of technical customer experience, with direct enterprise customer experience preferred.
  • •Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.

  • •Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration to prototype, demo, and communicate with engineering teams.
  • •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic.
