Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

Lead strategic and complex ServiceNow transformations, from architecture and roadmap through design, implementation, rollout, governance, and continuous optimization. Act as a Trusted Advisor for stakeholders up to C-level, lead workshops on requirements and process reengineering, and create ServiceNow target architectures, roadmaps, and technical specifications for enterprise implementations. Own solution and integration design across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CMDB/CSDM) and provide pre-sales support and technical leadership with mentoring and quality assurance.
