Auto Body Shop Lead

Lead front-line cosmetic reconditioning work in an inspection center by managing hourly associates and coordinating the safe movement of vehicles for repairs. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality goals, oversee day-to-day execution, coaching, and performance management, and review incoming vehicles for mechanical and physical defects. Train teams using quality control standards, minimize re-checks and rework, prevent conflicts, and partner with the General Manager on repair versus reject decisions.
