Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver Identity and Access security solutions for employees, contractors, and external partners.
  • •Implement and manage identity integrations, including partner integrations and rollout strategy.
  • •Drive work across federated authentication, user provisioning/deprovisioning, identity governance, compliance, and access management.
  • •Partner with external vendors and service providers to consult, integrate, and improve third-party identity capabilities.
  • •Work closely with Security and Engineering stakeholders to align on IAM concepts and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Architect, build, and operate complex Identity Lifecycle and Access Control solutions with strong hands-on security engineering experience.
  • •Demonstrated IAM fundamentals in authentication and authorization using standards such as OpenID Connect, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.
  • •Deep experience across the workforce identity lifecycle from upstream HCM platforms through first- and third-party applications.
  • •Hands-on experience with vendor IAM solutions such as Okta Workflows/Okta Identity Engine, Auth0, or equivalent.
  • •Experience with CI/CD using a modern programming language (Java preferred) and running services on cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
