Job Summary

Oversee delivery for COTS healthcare applications by investigating L2/L3 incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and ensuring rapid service restoration within SLAs. Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs, coordinating patch validation, upgrades, and maintenance. Support controlled change and release activities with impact analysis and rollback planning, while coordinating business users, IT teams, and vendors and maintaining HIPAA/security documentation for regulated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while ensuring timely restoration and SLA adherence.
•Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and coordinate with stakeholders to drive resolution and enhancements.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of emergent telehealth workflows, remote consults, and triage escalation pathways.
•Experience supporting EMS-to-ED communication and location tracking, including alerting and urgent workflows.
•Skills in high-availability configuration for urgent telehealth systems and troubleshooting under load.
•Understanding stroke/MI/trauma activation workflows and rapid decision support processes.
•Experience integrating ePCR data with ED systems, registries, and hospital command centers, including relevant regulated healthcare applications.
