Lead and manage implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion for Skydio’s Public Safety customers. Serve as the bridge between customers and technical teams, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver autonomous drone solutions. Own onboarding, ongoing success, and quarterly business reviews, driving value and renewals across a ~20x book of business in the Southeast.
