Job Summary

Coordinate and support project managers across CNS Oman, managing plans, schedules, documentation and stakeholder communications to deliver IT and services projects on time and within scope. You’ll interface with internal teams, customers, vendors and subcontractors, track milestones, prepare dashboards, and support procurement, finances and project closeout in a fast-paced CNS environment.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Assist project managers in preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports for CNS projects in Oman.
•Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, record decisions and action items, and follow up to ensure timely closure.
•Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, and escalate deviations from plan to the project manager.
•Maintain up-to-date project documentation including scope documents, approvals, change requests, meeting notes, and progress updates.
•Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service delivery, sales, procurement, finance, logistics) to support timely execution of project activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
•Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Foundation (or equivalent) is preferred
•3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or PMO support, preferably in IT, systems integration, or technology services
•Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or managed services projects in the GCC / Oman
•Strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to maintain trackers and reports; attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities; stakeholder coordination; documentation control; basic commercial awareness
