Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery for assigned technical projects as the single accountable coordination point across Procurement, Systems Engineering, IT Security Engineering, and the requesting business unit.
  • •Drive the procurement-to-deployment lifecycle end to end, partnering on sourcing, quotes, purchase orders, contract milestones, then carrying through build, configuration, testing, and rollout.
  • •Manage SaaS application deployments and system integrations, including requirements definition, vendor implementation coordination, identity/provisioning setup, data migration, UAT, and go-live.
  • •Define and enforce handoff criteria between intake, design, procurement, build, and deployment stages with documented entry and exit criteria and named owners.
  • •Build and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dependency maps in Jira and Confluence; manage stakeholder communication, risks, change control, and vendor accountability through security review/Change Advisory Board gates.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 8+ years managing technical IT projects end to end, delivering on schedule and within scope.
  • •Proven ownership of full lifecycle delivery, including procurement stages like sourcing, purchase order approval, and vendor onboarding.
  • •Hands-on experience delivering SaaS platform rollouts and system integrations, including SSO/SAML, automated provisioning, API or middleware integrations, and data migration.
  • •Working knowledge of procurement mechanics such as quotes, statements of work, purchase orders, renewals, vendor onboarding, and third-party security review.
  • •Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project execution and documentation, plus Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
