Job Summary

Lead the construction of TikTok’s global e-commerce quality assurance system and help build the US QA team. You’ll drive end-to-end project quality management, from QA plans and risk/defect management to entry/exit quality standards and process standardization. Hands-on testing is expected, including server-side/UI automation, performance, and stability testing. Use strong technical judgment to identify key quality risks and improve testing efficiency while collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

•Construct the global e-commerce quality assurance system and build the US QA team (including TE and SDET).
•Execute hands-on testing with strong understanding of business/system architecture and project specifications.
•Own project delivery and management for QA across the full project lifecycle, including QA plans, risk identification/avoidance, and process standardization.
•Build and improve the quality system by identifying major quality risks and efficiency bottlenecks and promoting effective solutions.
•Establish reliable cooperation with stakeholders and guide new team members to ramp up quickly.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
•At least 5 years of experience in testing and development for internet companies, including 2+ years leading QA projects as a Tech Lead.
•Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or Go) with strong technical judgment.
•Experience with QA methodology, quality standards, and CI/CD.
•Deep experience in server-side/UI automation testing, server-side performance testing, and app stability testing (covering 2–3 areas).
