Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead labor-management activities such as scheduling, labor margins, overtime, and timecards/blue sheets.
  • •Interact directly with client families to ensure an excellent service and representation of the company’s way.
  • •Maintain customer service standards and run weekly/quarterly staff meetings and huddles.
