Support walk-in and phone customers by establishing relationships, understanding needs, and creating solutions to keep the sales process running smoothly. Process and distribute customer products efficiently, handle questions and complaints professionally, and accurately enter sales orders to generate invoices and secure payments. Evaluate warranty item disposition, estimate delivery dates based on vendor schedules, and assist with receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties.
