Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership for population health internally and with providers, community organizations, advocacy groups, and applicable legislature.
  • •Oversee performance of utilization management (prior authorization, concurrent review) for the market per partnership agreement.
  • •Orchestrate elements of the population health strategy and drive local initiatives in partnership with Finance.
  • •Translate member needs with MDs into intentional clinical program design that delivers successful health outcomes.
  • •Coordinate quality initiatives and inform/execute against contracts (including provider contracts) to drive local outcomes.
