•Serve as direct customer contact and provide servicing of products and equipment by diagnosing, repairing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 2-5 years of experience in HVAC/Controls; technical school/formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone, iPad).
•Knowledge of low-voltage electricity, electronics (board-level troubleshooting), direct digital controls, and building control techniques.
•Current or future participation in an ABC electrical apprenticeship program is desired.
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, Hit & Run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving).
