Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as employment law partner to internal teams, advising on HR compliance, recruiting, contingent worker issues, pay equity and employment statutory reporting, and related pay practices.
  • •Lead employment law work for international expansion and corporate initiatives, including acting as privacy counsel on employee data protection and employment-related privacy issues.
  • •Draft and maintain employment-related agreements, templates, policies, forms, and separation agreements.
  • •Identify, analyze, and mitigate litigation risk; lead investigations and disputes with outside counsel through pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial.
  • •Advise on privacy and regulatory compliance (including AI-related regulations), implement compliance best practices and data protection assessments, and keep stakeholders updated on legal developments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •JD from a top law school and active membership in at least one U.S. State bar.
  • •8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years at a premier law firm or government agency.
  • •Ability to serve as a strong litigator with experience managing a civil case through all stages.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
