Work at the intersection of biology, computation, and engineering to expand large-scale perturbation studies in fibrotic disease model systems. Maintain cell lines, develop and optimize cellular and biochemical assays, benchmark experimental conditions, and execute perturbation screens. Capture cellular responses using multimodal readouts (transcriptomics, proteomics, functional phenotypes), perform data analysis and QC, and translate assays into robust, high-throughput workflows.
