Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop regulatory compliance and performance for the global distribution chain to protect Airbus production and secure deliveries to FALs and plants.
  • •Assess suppliers during tendering and contribute to selection decisions.
  • •Manage and support supply chain & quality aspects of contracts, coordinating supplier topics with internal Airbus stakeholders.
  • •Conduct field audits, monitor service provider operational performance, and alert/escalate critical risks or disruptions.
  • •Provide guidance and support to SCQMs, apply current tools for supplier management activities, and support recovery/de-risking plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 to 10 years of professional experience combining Quality, Logistics, and the aerospace environment.
  • •Excellent knowledge of EASA Part 21-G (POA) regulatory certification systems and the EN9100 standard.
  • •Operational proficiency in SAP, specifically warehouse management and quality modules (MM, EWM, QM).
  • •Proven practice with industrial problem-solving tools (PPS, 8D, PDCA); auditing or Lean experience is a plus.
  • •Strong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken) to negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders.
