Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and recognizing the impact of each interaction.
  • •Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and transition clients appropriately to bankers when needed.
  • •Engage clients in conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations and education.
  • •Meet individual activity and behavior/outcome goals, participate in huddles/debriefs, and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Cash handling experience.
  • •General understanding of a PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
