Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions, prioritizing a high-quality offboarding experience.
  • •Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings for workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, unions) and ensure compliance in offboarding activities and audits.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents, process offboarding in the HRIS, and respond to offboarding and employee relations queries while improving processes through automation.

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
