Job Summary

Drive import/export logistics operations with an end-to-end, process-excellence mindset. Align business stakeholder priorities to floor teams, manage stock availability and open orders, and coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time deliveries. Monitor inventory, sailing schedules, and shipment commitments, support demand/supply planning, and resolve operational issues and customer escalations. Ensure accurate master data between SAP and OMP systems and perform root-cause analysis to implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own import/export operations; be a functional expert able to set up routines from scratch and drive process excellence.
•Manage stock availability and coordinate with production planners for timely order fulfillment; monitor inventory levels and address stock shortages/excess.
•Track open orders, ensure material availability, and manage delivery priorities to resolve supply constraints with minimal business impact.
•Support demand and supply planning via regular stakeholder communication; coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and customer escalations.
•Ensure accurate master data and inventory records between SAP and OMP systems; lead root-cause analysis and implement solutions; manage customs clearance documentation and control measures.

Key Requirements

•6-8 years’ experience in logistics operations, especially exports operations, with knowledge of documentation and international logistics/shipping operations.
•Working knowledge of OTM and SAP interfaces is an added advantage.
•Hands-on attitude with customer-centricity and bias toward action.
•Strong interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication; must fluently speak English.
•Ability to align business stakeholder priorities with floor teams and lead process setup/transition from scratch.
