Job Summary

Build and improve Wise’s Brazil-focused products in a new São Paulo engineering hub, helping evolve the KYC/KYB and money movement platform. You’ll design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, reliable, and compliant services for Brazil customers, including PIX experience improvements, integrations with banks and payment providers, and automation of onboarding and compliance checks. Partner with global teams and mentor engineers as the hub grows.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and deploy features and services for the Brazilian market, focused on Brazil Business, Consumer, and PIX experience.
•Propose and advocate for technical designs and solutions that are scalable, reliable, and compliant with local regulations.
•Implement integrations with local banks, payment providers, identity/business verification vendors, and financial partners.
•Automate and improve onboarding workflows and compliance checks (KYC/KYB).
•Lead through code and design reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and help mentor and onboard new engineers in the São Paulo hub.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: BRL 21,000 - 30,000 monthly
