Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement server stability process specifications and platform assurance mechanisms to ensure reliable service delivery.
  • •Oversee stability monitoring, identify risks, and manage issue response and resolution for production network operation assurance.
  • •Handle server-related stability incidents, including fault diagnosis/analysis, tracking impact mitigation, and conducting post-incident reviews.
  • •Identify server stability risks across server quality, operations and maintenance processes, and platform systems, and drive related governance.
  • •Monitor and handle server alerts, manage front-line BPO duty staffing, summarize duty records, and compile weekly reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering discipline (Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, or related fields preferred).
  • •Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to think critically, summarize effectively, and produce clear documentation.
  • •Demonstrated learning agility and intellectual curiosity, with outstanding problem-solving and hands-on capabilities; able to manage competing priorities.
  • •Solid foundation in computer programming with proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C, C++, Python, or Go).
  • •Working knowledge of server hardware and Linux systems, with proficiency in Shell scripting.
