Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems for regulatory needs.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that support risk management outcomes.
  • •Utilize and apply open-source frameworks and emerging technologies to build and deploy proprietary AI-powered risk management tools.
  • •Provide technical leadership across Agile teams, setting standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by refactoring to reduce technical debt, improving system performance, and evaluating emerging tools and practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,300 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or cloud-based productivity/virtualization technologies.
  • •Experience coding with more than two of: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala.
  • •Experience creating synchronous and asynchronous APIs and using database and database management systems.
