Job Summary

Join the Lubricants Plant team as a 2nd shift Union Production Worker in Inver Grove Heights. You’ll package lubricant products, support warehouse order picking and inventory receiving, operate forklifts and material handling equipment, and enter order and production data into computer systems. The role also includes maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards, completing production paperwork, and assisting with housekeeping and grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

•Package lubricant products in a manufacturing environment across a variety of container sizes.
•Support warehouse activities such as picking orders and/or receiving inventory.
•Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
•Enter order and production data into computer systems and complete required production records, paperwork, and reports.
•Follow product, packaging, labeling, and customer specifications; perform changeovers, cleaning, and maintain safe, clean work areas.

Key Requirements
